Planting the seeds for a flourishing Christian community in the Holy Land!

Holy Land Roots passion is to strengthen the Christian community of the Holy Land especially in Bethlehem area where Christianity has started and the message of peace and hope was sent to the whole globe. We believe that the Christian community of the Holy Land is significant with its two thousand years of existence, and needs to

• empowered with all means so it can keep its presence as a continuation of a living gospel. Our work focuses on several aspects of people’s lives around Bethlehem area, and through the kind donations of our supporters, friends, and believers of our mission, we are able to cover contributions to the elderly homes around Bethlehem city, monthly food parcels to families with limited income, medical care for individuals that cannot afford medication, especially those who have Diabetes, Cancer, dental and sight defects, widows and single mothers, and most importantly covering full and partial scholarships for school and university students. We believe that education is a major field that we have to support, the Christians of the Bethlehem put their children’s education as a priority, yet many of those families do hardly have the ability to cover the expenses of their children’s education, and here comes our role; we help those children to finish their school and university education, and then we help them find job opportunities according to their field of expertise.

In addition, we have annual donations that go directly to the church Youth groups from all different denominations, scout groups, scout camps, and kids summer camps.

At Holy Land Roots, our work is inspired from our faith in the Lord, the authenticity of the land, the power of the people ,and the voluntary charity. This belief of ours is a reflection of our deep connection to the story of the Widow’s Mite mentioned in Luke 21:1-4.
